A Little About Me ✨

I’m Madeline—designer, creator, and chief cookie decorator at Baird Cookie Co. 🤭

I grew up in Oregon, but the Air Force decided I needed a little adventure. So off I went… Texas, Missouri, Germany, Kuwait, North Carolina! Along the way, I met my husband, Spencer 🫶, collected two degrees that I don’t actually use (shoutout to Emergency Management + Health Information Management), and finally settled in Marthasville, MO—where my husband is from.

FAST FORWARD TO TODAY—I’m a stay-at-home mom to two wild little boys, Sawyer and Chandler, who keep me on my toes and somehow still manage to be my absolute favorite humans! When planning my son’s first birthday, I ordered some cookies and loved them SO much that I decided to give it a try. What started as “let’s see if I can make these look cute” turned into a full-on creative obsession. Cookies quickly became my outlet—a way to make something unique, personal, and beautiful while also tasting amazing.

Before I knew it, I became obsessed with being a part of my client’s events—and Baird Cookie Co. became my full-time job!
